Turtle Rock Real Estate
Most of the homes in Turtle Rock were built in the 1990's. They offer open floor plans, most have caged pools and floors with tile and wood with some carpet. The prices range from the $400,000's to $700,000's
(Current as of 2005.) Turtle Rock has sidewalks, a community playground, pool, tennis courts, club house and many natural areas with private views of lakes and preserves.
